Who will be coming to clean my home?
For your regular service we try to keep
the same team, we will not send
someone who you've never met
personally.
Do you have a guarantee? If I'm not satisfied?
We have never had a dissatisfied customer, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not
satisfied with our services, call us back within 24 hours and we will  fix it at no extra charge.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We cannot offer refunds at this time, but we do guarantee your satisfaction! By providing you with
detailed checklists you can be sure we're performing the services you pay for.
How should I prepare for services?
The time we spend in your house must be as efficient as possible, so to get better cleaning results we
would suggest you to pick up clothing, toys or other household items, and have the sink free of pots,
pans and dishes. This allows us to spend our time cleaning and sanitizing your home and prevents any
additional charges for additional work performed not discussed during the estimate.
Do I need to sign a contract?
We have a service agreement that lists our policies and procedures that we request all clients read over
and sign. This is set in place to create a mutual respect and ensure good communication.
There are no timed contractual commitments! We want to earn your business each time we clean your
home.
What DON'T you do?
We don't clean animal or human feces, urine, vomit or other biohazards, including kitty litter pans.
We do NOT move heavy furniture or lift anything weighing over 20lbs.
We do not climb on ladders or anything else, with the exception of a step stool to reach something so
we do not become a liability to you.
we also request that such items of extreme sentimental or monetary value be moved and/or cleaned by
the client.
Changing bed skirts or comforter covers is not included in our linen changing service, and we will not
flip mattresses.
Why is the price of my first cleaning higher?
The first time we come out to clean your home, the job is scrubbing and labor intensive as we get all
areas cleaned to our high standards.
How do you determine your fees?
Our fees are calculated based on the size and condition of the home, frequency of service, amount of
people and pets living in the home.
Do I need an initial cleaning if I'm just switching companies?
Yes, most of the time it will actually take us more time to clean your home to our standards.
Do you come with your own supplies and do I need to provide equipment?
We bring all equipment and some supplies. We’ll give you a list of supplies you’ll need to provide us,
prior to each visit.
Do I need to be at home when BGR comes to clean my house?
It’s not necessary for you to be home while we're cleaning, many of our customers give us a key to their
home. Please also note that if you are at home we cannot re clean rooms that have already been
cleaned. If rooms are not accessible to us at the time we are ready to clean them, we will have to skip
those rooms.
How do I pay for services?
We accept cash, checks; Payment is due when services are rendered  We ask that you please have
payment on the kitchen counter in an envelope marked for "BGR"  at this time we cannot accept
personal checks that are from any non-local banks.
What about my pets?
We love pets and are comfortable with them during cleaning. But if you'd like to see your mopped floors
in pristine condition, you can put your dogs outside or in their crate; If you have an aggressive breed or
larger dog, they must be locked away for our safety.
I've never hired a cleaning company before, how do I get started?
Submit a quote request so you have an idea of the estimated cost for your home. Keep in mind these
are only estimates and we try our best to stay in the range given in the initial quote. Obviously if the work
is more than expected or less, the final price will change accordingly. for this reason we highly
recommend in home estimates.
Cancellations
You may skip or cancel any of your cleanings. Please give us a full 96 hours notice.

What's your business hours?
At BGR, we work all days during the calendar year, but will be closed for regular business during
christmas season, on December 24th, 25th and January 1st.

Business Hours:
Monday to Friday:  8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed.
